FREE SHIPPING! On orders of £250 or more, for deliveries within UK

For Orders under £250, the following postage charges will apply:

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER?
All orders are processed within 48 hours and dispatched from Aura-Soma Products Ltd, Tetford, Lincs LN9 6QB, Tuesday through Friday. All orders placed after 10am on Friday and on the weekend will be dispatched Monday morning. Once an order has left the warehouse it can take up to 7 working days to arrive depending on your location. Drop shipping is not permitted. Orders need to be sent to the person placing the order.

MY PARCEL HASN’T ARRIVED YET. WHAT DO I DO?

Once your parcel has left our warehouse it will travel with Royal mail or a courier. Upon dispatch you will receive tracking information where you can follow the progress of your order. Delivery can generally take up to 7 working days. If you are worried, please do email info@aura-soma.com with your order number and we will happily reply as soon as possible.

WHAT TO DO IF THERE IS MISSING PRODUCT(S) FROM MY ORDER.
Our warehouse team take great care and pride in preparing your order, and to-date we have a pretty impressive track record, as the orders are double checked by our team. However, if you do happen to discover any incorrect, missing or damaged product(s) please email info@aura-soma.com within 24 hours of you receiving the delivery and we’ll happily get on to it immediately.

RETURNS POLICY
In the unlikely event of your order being supplied incorrectly or damaged in transit, please call our Team on 01507 533581 or email our customer care team on info@aura-soma.com, within 14 working days of receipt and we will provide you with a RETURN PROCESSING NUMBER and arrange replacement goods.

·      If you change your mind and decide you do not want the goods, your statutory rights allow you to return them for refund, provided the goods are unopened and returned within 14 days of delivery. 

·      For hygienic reasons our products (Creams, Lotions, Shower gels, Air Conditioners etc...) may only be returned unopened and in their original packaging. Unfortunately we will not take back any opened containers, jars, tubes or bottles.

·      We are able to process your returns and exchanges only when the order is returned to us in saleable condition, in original packaging and in a sturdy return box, faulty products excluded.

·      You will be responsible for the cost and safe carriage of returning the parcel, so please ensure the goods are packed correctly.

 IS THE PRODUCT YOU RECEIVED FAULTY?

To begin the process of returning faulty product(s) please email our customer care team on  info@aura-soma.com detailing the problem with the product(s) and we will provide you with a RETURN PROCESSING NUMBER and the next steps. Please do not send product(s) back to our warehouse without a RETURN PROCESSING NUMBER.
